We're thrilled to introduce two amazing new features to Noona, aimed at improving the payment process for our customers and their clients. These additions are all about making transactions smoother and creating an effortless payment experience for our customers and users.

Noona PayLink: Simplifying Payments

Noona PayLink is a new payment feature for Noona HQ users who also utilize our POS system. This feature allows merchants to directly send payment requests to their customers, providing a convenient and efficient transaction process.

• Direct Payment Requests: At the point of sale, merchants can select the PayLink option to send a payment directly to the customer's phone.

• App and SMS Integration: If the customer's phone number is linked to a Noona app account, they will receive a push notification for payment. Without a Noona account, customers get an SMS with a payment link leading to a web-based payment page.

• Flexible Payment Options: Customers can complete the payment on their phone by entering card details or through Apple Pay / Google Pay.

• Easier Way to Acquire Loyal Customers: After payment, customers are prompted to add the merchant to their favorites, encouraging a loyal customer-merchant relationship.

Noona PayLink is our first step to reduce the need for a separate payment terminal hardware.

Split Settlements: Streamlining Multiple Transactions

Split Settlements is an innovative addition to our POS system, addressing the common challenge of multiple issuers in a single transaction. Many of our customers have experienced the inconvenience of having to process two separate charges for a single transaction, such as when a barber bills a client for both a haircut service and a product sold by the barbershop. In many cases, these two separate charges might even be done on two separate payment terminals. No more.

Benefits Include:

1. Effortless Transaction Management: Businesses can now process a single payment for multiple services or products, even if these are provided by different issuers, like contractors and the business itself.

2. Automatic Settlement Splitting: When a transaction involves multiple parties, Noona HQ intelligently splits the settlement accordingly, ensuring each party receives their due share seamlessly.

As of now, Split Settlements only work with the Noona PayLink.
