Appointment buffers
We're excited to announce the addition of the highly requested Appointment Buffers to Noona HQ! This feature allows you to automatically add buffer time between appointments, ensuring you have enough time to clean up and prepare before the next client arrives.
Key Benefits:
Increased Efficiency: With Appointment Buffers, you can now seamlessly manage your time between appointments, reducing stress and improving customer experience.
Less Confusion: Your customers will now only see the actual duration of the appointment when they are booking online, and not the entire “duration + buffer” time as has been the case until now. A 60 min appointment with a 15 min buffers simply appears online as a 60 min appointment 💪
Customizable Buffer Time: Tailor the buffer duration to your specific needs on a per-service basis, whether it's 10 minutes for a quick cleanup or 15 minutes for more thorough preparation.
To start using Appointment Buffers, go to your Noona HQ service list and configure the buffer settings for each service. Once set, you'll see the buffer time automatically applied between appointments, making it easier than ever to manage your schedule.
