Noona check-in
Your recpetion area is often the real “first impression” that a customer has of your business.
Even if your client’s first impression of you was online, perhaps via the Noona marketplace, the reception is at least the beginning of the real experience, and the beginning of a story always sets the tone for the rest of what is to come.
And let’s be honest: there is nothing worse than a chaotic reception area with a long line. It’s the 2020’s, nobody wants to wait in line and your clients are no exception.
We’re proud to present a solution that can drastically simplify your reception area and cut down wait times: the Noona “self-serve” check-in solution!
It’s an elegantly designed and user-friendly app that you can download to an iPad or an Android tablet that allows customers to check themselves in and even pay for their appointment beforehand.
Here are some of the main features:
The client enters their phone number and we present them with all the appointments they have “today”. If they have more than one appointment, they can check-in to both.
Once a client has checked in, his appointment in Noona HQ is tagged with the “showed up” tag.
You can configure a message that the client sees after checking in, for example telling him to move to another wait room area.
If you want the client to pay for the service beforehand, the app is simply connected to a payment terminal that sits beside the tablet. When the client is checking in, the amount he needs to pay appears on the payment terminal.
